Free Crochet Cuffed Slipper Boots Pattern
During this pandemic, we’ve been spending so much time at home lately. Let’s use our free time wisely. It’s the perfect opportunity to crochet a pair of free crochet slipper boots. Who doesn’t love a nice cozy slipper?
Even better, make a pair of these comfy crochet slippers for yourself. As crocheters, we never take the time to gift ourselves any of our creations. Slip them on and stay warm while you finish everyone’s Christmas crochet gifts.
These darling slippers are comfy and cozy, perfect for cold weather and padding around the house when your toes are chilly.
Use this free crochet slipper boot pattern to create a pair of warm and comfy slipper boots for the winter.
These crochet slipper boots are the perfect project for beginners. They are handmade using a bulky weight yarn and hook size I/5.5 mm.
This crochet pattern uses Front Post Double Crochet which creates a double-sided texture that is SOOOO soft on the inside. It’s really plush to the touch, and it retains a lot of warmth, which is exactly what you want in a slipper.
The pattern is written in US terms and is suitable for beginner to intermediate crocheters.
Make these super cute slippers and lounge around the house in comfort and warmth. Crochet slipper boots make for a great gift, too! It’s a free crochet pattern that everyone will love. Available women’s 6-11.
About the Yarn (UPDATED)
I originally used Lion Brand’s Color Made Easy yarn for this pattern. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued. Which is a shame, it was one of the good yarns
I have found a substitute yarn, Lion Brand’s Hue+Me. It’s more than yarn, it’s a craft style and vision of Two of Wands creator Alexi Tavel. This bulky weight blend of 80% acrylic and 20% wool can be stitched into everything from accessories to garments to blankets and home decor.
As with all Two of Wands’ creations, style is not sacrificed as function and fashion seamlessly come together. There is no wrong way to pair the carefully curated 18-color palette of Hue + Me yarn. Each color works effortlessly on its own or pairs with any of the others, so worries of “will this match?” can be set aside as you focus on stitching your next creation.
