Crochet Pumpkin Applique Video Tutorial
Fall is quickly approaching and since I can remember, pumpkins in all shapes and forms are the theme in any autumn decorations. You will be able to create this adorable little crochet pumpkin pattern in only a few minutes! Instructions include step-by-step written & video tutorial!
It’s perfect as a Halloween appliqué on a refrigerator magnet, bag, blanket, & more! If you want, you can use them to decorate your Halloween tree or use them for fun things around the house. This little crochet pumpkin even has an adorable crochet leaf which gives it an extra festive touch.
All you need is a little of scrap yarn to complete this fun little project. I use Red Heart Super that I had lying around my craft room & a 4 mm crochet hook. Don’t worry this project can work with any worsted weight yarn. Ok let get started and crochet a pumpkin!

Written Pattern For Crochet Pumpkin
Materials
#4 worsted weight yarn, Red Heart Super Saver
4 mm Hook.
Stitch Markers
Tapestry Needle
Orange Yarn
Round 1: Ch 1, 5 sc into ring, sl st to join. (5)
Round 2: Ch1, 2 sc in each st, sl st to join (10)
Round 3: Ch 1, (Sc next st, 2 sc in the next) around, sl st to join. (15)
Round 4: Ch 1, (Sc next 2 sts, 2 sc in the next st) around, sl st to join. (20)
Round 5: Ch 1, Hdc in eac st around, sl st to join, fasten off.
Stem (Green Yarn)
Ch 6
Row 1: sl st in the second ch from hook & the next 3 sts, the last ch is unworked. *Ch 3, sl st in the second ch from the hook, sk next ch, sl st in last ch of stem*, repeat from* 2 more times. Fasten off, leave long tail for sewing.
