4mm hook

Big Twist Shine Yarn in 3 colors (Worsted Weight #4)

Ch- Chain

Sl St- Slip stitch

Sc- Single crochet

Hdc- Half double crochet

Dc- Double crochet

Rep- Repeat

Sp- Space

Sk- Skip

Specialty stitches

Beginning popcorn (beg pc)- Ch 3, 3 dc in same st, remove hook, insert hook into first dc, pick up dropped loop and pull through

Popcorn (pc)- 4 dc in same st, remove hook, insert hook into first dc, pick up dropped loop and pull through

Treble popcorn (trpc)- 4 tr in same st, remove hook, insert hook into first tr, pick up dropped loop and pull through

Notes

Colors are referred to as Color A (purple), Color B (red), and Color C (green) in order of appearance.

Pattern

Start with a magic ring.

R1 Color A: 12 sc into ring, sl st to join (12)(video 0:40

R2: Ch 5 (counts as dc + ch 2), dc next st, ch 2, *dc next st, ch 2, rep from* around, sl st in 3rd ch to join (12 dc)(video 1:18)
