Calling all beginner crocheters! This slipper pattern is my gift to you. If you are familiar with the basic crochet stitches – single, half double, and double crochet – then you should totally be able to crochet these slippers. You can follow along with the video tutorial, the written instructions, or both!
Multicolor crochet creations are so enticing but they can also be intimidating if you’re a beginner crocheter who isn’t fully comfortable changing colors yet. The nice thing about these slippers is that they use WeCrochet Chroma Yarn, a multicolored yarn that does all of that work for you. Plus, there’s no extra ends to weave in!
Are you ready to crochet yourself a pair of cute slippers? Just think how nice it will be to wear these around the house! Grab your materials and let’s get started.
Yarn Information
No matter your taste in colors, we have a rainbow waiting for you! Chroma is our color-transitioning 70% superwash wool and 30% nylon blend yarn. Pair the brightest colors with your boldest projects, or choose a subdued shade for gentle waves of changing color. The colors move gently through a single ply, creating subtly blended and shaded sections. Chroma is a single ply yarn that has differences in thickness that gives a handspun look to your finished projects.
This mythical combination of colors contain a bright, almost acid yellow-green, a bright blue-violet that warms up into an indigo and deepens into a wine-colored purple.
