I’m all about increasing the confidence of new crocheters with projects that are easy to make and even easier to show off! These cute and cozy crochet slipper socks couldn’t be simpler.

The pattern is worked entirely in rows, and you only need to know one basic crochet stitch – the single crochet. That, along with the helpful video tutorial, makes this beginner-friendly pattern easy to master.

The flat shape will turn into a slipper right before your very eyes. All it takes is a bit of sewing on two sides to close up the bottom of the slipper and the heel, and then you’ll cinch the toe closed.

Of course, the best part is saved for last. This free pattern comes with a full step-by-step video tutorial

You don’t have to have any prior sewing experience. I promise it’s really simple! Let me walk you through it step-by-step with the free written pattern and the free video pattern that accompanies it.
