Crochet oversized sweater pattern
If you can create a granny square, then you create this crochet oversized sweater pattern. The pullover is supper simple. It’s made up of 2 granny squares for the body & to Granny stitch rectangles for the arms.

Crochet Pullover Sweater Video Tutorial
Written: Easy crochet sweater for beginners
Material
Stitches
Ch- Chain Stitch
Sc- Single Crochet
Dc- Double Crochet
Dc Cluster- Double Crochet Cluster
3 Double Crochets equal 1 Dc Cluster
Gauge: 3 Rows = 2 inches
Pattern is written for Size S/M/L/Xl
Make 2 Granny Squares
Round 1: Color A (white), ch 4. sl st into the first ch, ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc into ring ch2. *dc cluster into the same stitch, ch 2* 3 times. Sl st to the top of the beginning ch. You will have four dc clusters
Round 2: Color B (tan), Attach yarn in any ch-2 space. Ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc , Ch 2, dc cluster into the same ch-2 space, ch1 . *dc cluster, ch 2, dc cluster in same space, ch 1* around. Sl st to the top of the first ch 3. At the end of this round, you should have 8 dc clusters and 4 ch-1 spaces.
Round 3: Color C (blue), Attach yarn to any ch-2 space. Ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, dc cluster into the same ch-2 space, ch 1. Dc cluster into the next ch-1 space, ch 1. *dc cluster, ch 2, dc cluster, in ch-2 space, ch 1. dc cluster into the next ch-1 space, ch 1* around. Sl st to the top of the first ch 3. At the end of this round, you should have 12 dc clusters and 4 ch-1 spaces.
Round 4-14: (Small) For all of the remaining rounds of this granny square pattern, you will be continuing in the same manner. You will work a Cluster chain 2 clusters into each corner. You will work Ch1, dc cluster, ch 1 into each space between the clusters in the previous round.
When changing colors attach yarn at any corner chain 2 space. Rotate your 3 colors every row
Round 15-18: (M/L) repeat rows
Round 19-22: (Xl only) repeat rows
Back Granny Square
The entire section is done in Color A (white)
Row 1: Attach yarn to corner ch -2 space. Chain 4 (counts a dc, ch1), *Dc cluster next ch-1 space, ch 1* across, ending with dc in corner ch-2 sp.
Row 2: turn, Ch 3 (counts as dc), *dc cluster in ch-1 space, ch 1* across ending with 4 dc in ch-4 space
Row 3-10: Repeat rows 1-2
Front Granny Square (V neck) 2 sides of one square (16:05)
The entire section is done in Color A (white)
Place marker in space between the centermost dc clusters
Row 1: Attach yarn to corner ch-2 space. Ch 4 (counts a dc, ch1), *Dc cluster next ch-1 sp, ch 1* across until 9th cluster (or center of row), place 2 dc in the 9 cluster over (or center of row).
Row 2: Turn, Ch 4, *Dc cluster in ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with 4 dc in ch-4 sp.
Row 3: Turn, Ch 4, *Dc cluster next ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with dc in ch-4 sp.
Row 4: Turn, Ch 4, skip first ch-1 sp *Dc cluster in next ch1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with 4 dc in ch-4 sp.
Row 5: Turn, Ch 4, *Dc cluster next ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with dc in ch-4 sp
Row 6: Turn, Ch 4, *Dc cluster ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with 4 dc in ch-4 sp.
Row 7: Turn, Ch 4, *Dc cluster ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with dc in ch-4 sp.
Row 8-9: repeat Row 6-7
Row 10: Repeat Row 6
Repeat on other top side of the granny square. The second side will have the same center st.
Make 2 Sleeves (24:20 video)
We will be work each row right to left by fasting off each row and reattaching yarn on the right side.
Color A (white) Ch 51
Row 1: Sc in second ch from hook and across
Row 2: turn, ch 4, *sk 3 sts, dc cluster same st, ch 1* across, Dc in last leftover st. Fasten off
Row 3: Color B (tan) attach yarn on Right side ch4 sp. Ch 3, dc cluster same sp, ch 1. *dc cluster in ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with dc in last dc st of the previous row. Fasten off work
Row 4: Color C (blue) Ch 4, *dc cluster in ch-1 sp, ch 1* across, ending with 4 dc in last ch-4 sp. Fasten off
Row 5-29: Repeat Row 3-4 and rotating your 3 colors accordingly
Fold the rectangle in half and sew together the length of the sleeve.
Assembly
Aligned sweater parts. Sew across the top shoulder, arm and side seams to assemble.
Weave and cut your ends
