My living room was starting to look pretty drab and I know I needed to change. Therefore I thought, “How can I change my decor for as little money as possible?” Thank goodness I know how to crochet! I can make my own Crochet Pillow Case After rummaging through my huge yarn stash, I finally decided on one of the base colors, yellow. Unfortunately, I don’t know where else to go from there but at least I have a start. You can label me Decorativily impaired, lol. Putting two colors together is a huge task. My favorite colors are grey and brown, yes i’m drab. I hope you guys follow me as I revamp my whole living room DIY Style.
In this tutorial we’re going to be working on crochet decorative pillows. This is the easiest way and the fastest way to change something in your living room with the yarn you have laying around your house. By combining the solid granny square pattern with back loop stitches it created a beautiful X pattern with elevated stitches to give you that beautiful texture. You will be able to work up one of these crochet pillow cases in the afternoon.
