Where is my money coming from?

If you want to make money with crochet, you can’t put all your eggs in one basket. We need more than one paycheck to keep this machine running.

Creating multiple income streams allows a person to diversify their cash flow. If one source dries up, you still have others that can supplement your loss.

My income comes from ads placed on my blog & YouTube videos. This will show up as AdSense & Ezoic on the report. I receive income from affiliate marketing, pattern sales & sponsorships

What went on in December?

December is the last profitable month in my crochet season.  People are shopping or looking for a great pattern to complete for Holiday presents. This means additional money for my crochet business.

This month I was able to boost my affiliate sales by creating more craft gadget review videos. I also did a sponsored post for SkillShare.

My spending was up more than usual. I purchased a new (used) Canon PowerShot Elph 360 Camera. I absolutely love it.

I’ve been filming and taking pictures on my phone & wanted to upgrade. But you know me, I’m not the one to spend a lot of money and this was a great affordable buy.

I also participated in the “Crochet YouTuber’s Secret Santa for Charity Event”. That was pretty exciting and a nice tax write off too, lol.
