CritSuccess Clicking Life Counter Ring (Size 8 - Stainless Steel - Rainbow)

1. CritSuccess

First we’re going to look at the CritSuccess Clicking Life Counter Ring.
I purchased this ring from Amazon for $24.99. It comes in sizes 6-11. It’s made from sterling silver. The color options available are blue, silver, gold, black, and the color that’s pictured is rainbow.

The ring’s colors are infused into the stainless steel, therefor you don’t have to worry about the colors chipping. I can contest to that. I’ve been wearing this ring for the past two weeks. There isn’t any discolorations or flaking of the ring.

It’s absolutely beautiful. The colors shimmer in the light and on the inside there’s a little dragon!

Let me explain exactly how this thing works. Once you complete a row, you’ll turn the dial. You won’t have to worry about the numbers shifting because the number lock in place.

Final Review

For the past two weeks, I’ve been wearing my row counter ring as a wedding band replacement. Now I don’t have to worry about losing my wedding band. I’ve done that in the past. It works great & it’s stylish.

2. AKOAK Pendant Row Counter

I purchased the Pendant Row Counter from Amazon for $6.80. When I first looked at this pendant it looked like a happy face with a hat on it, lol.

You can wear it around your neck, which I thought was very convenient. There is a little lock on the lower left of the counter. When you want to walk away from the project you can lock your row count in place.

But I did find a flaw in this crochet gadget. Every time I hit 10, 20 30, etc it would jump 20 rows! What is the use of a row counter that doesn’t count correctly.

Final Review

The row counter is a piece of garbage. It fails in its main purpose, counting. Maybe I have received a faulty device, as this has many good reviews on Amazon. Personally I didn’t like it.

Digital Row Counter Accessories Hobbii

3.Hobbii Digital Row Counter

Last, we’re going to look at the digital row counter from Hobbii. I purchased this for $3.10 from the Hobbii website. This was the only one that cost shipping.

I’ve seen many brands that look exactly like this row counter. I believe all of these companies get it cheap from a manufacturer and slap their own logo and call it their own.

You wear this row counter on your finger. When you get to the next row, all you have to do is press the bigger silver button. The little button to the right is to reset your count. The device will remember your count if put your project away.

Final Review

I really like the Hobbii Row counter. It’s adjustable on your finger and it doesn’t interrupt you while you crochet. I did find it a little cumbersome. I would rather use it as a device where I keep off to the side. Not actually on my finger.
